From Vegetarians & Vegans to Allergies; from toddlers to fussy children we can cater for guests with special dietary requirements.

We are used to catering for fully vegetarian & fully vegan weddings & can work with you to come up with tailored menus.

If you have guests with any special diets or allergies we tend to get the standard menu in place & then try to mirror the elements as closely as possible into a form that they can have - maintaining the flavours & textures as much as possible. For sharing meals, such as hampers & feasts, we will plate up the elements special to the guest (we ask for their location on the table plan) & they can then tuck into any suitable shared elements.

If you have a guest with an allergy we will plate their food separately. If it is a severe allergy we may suggest leaving out the ingredient (i.e. Peanuts) from your menu. We can do a separate plate of food without nuts & obviously avoid cross contamination but we can't 100% guarantee there are no traces of nuts as we cook with nuts in our kitchen & we use ingredients that “may contain traces” we also often cook in venue kitchens used by other caterers, which we have no control over, other than a thorough clean upon arrival.

Kids Options

Kids food wise we tend to say get the main menu in place then show it to the parents & see if they'll eat it! Some kids will happily yum anything others not so much!

If they will it the standard meal then it's a 20% discount on the adult price for 10 & under.

If not then we can take requests for fussier children along the lines of: sausage & mash; chicken goujons & chips; spaghetti & meatballs; cheesy pasta; + a dessert = £13.95 p/p & then for very little children one option we can do is a plain white ham & cheese sandwiches; celery & carrot sticks & crisps served with the adults’ starter + dessert for £10.50.

For very little children parents quite often bring food for them (i.e. baby food etc).

We're very flexible as we know it's important for everyone that the children have something that they will eat rather than trying to impose something unsuitable on them - if they like experimenting great, if not it’s best to stick to something familar!
